Aims and Scope
Global Journal of Education, Finance and Management (GJEFM) is a peer-reviewed, fully open access scholarly journal published monthly by EP Journals Group. The journal welcomes original research, review articles, case studies, and short communications across the breadth of education, finance, and management research. 1. Mission

Education, finance, and management are interconnected disciplines that shape institutional decision-making, individual livelihoods, and societal development. The journal serves the growing community of researchers and practitioners working at the intersections of these fields, particularly in low- and middle-income contexts where evidence-based policy and practice are most urgently needed.
GJEFM's mission is to publish rigorous, peer-reviewed scholarship in education, finance, and management research and to make that scholarship freely accessible to researchers, practitioners, students, and policymakers worldwide. The journal places particular emphasis on supporting early-career researchers, authors from low- and middle-income countries, and authors who would otherwise face financial barriers to open access publication.
The journal operates a documented editorial workflow, double-blind peer review by independent experts, an affordable Article Processing Charge of 30 USD per accepted article, and full APC waivers for student authors. Editorial decisions are made on the basis of scholarly merit alone; financial considerations play no role in acceptance decisions.

2. Editorial vision

The journal's editorial vision rests on five commitments:
2.1 Scholarly rigour. Every published article passes through structured editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise.
2.2 Accessibility. Every published article is freely available to read and re-use under CC BY 4.0 licensing immediately upon publication. The journal's APC of 30 USD is set deliberately low — a small fraction of the industry standard — to maximise accessibility for unfunded researchers.
